DELIVERY
If you would like us to ship to your location but your country isn’t listed as a delivery option please let us know and we’ll attempt to amend that for you.
Once your order has been dispatched we will send out a confirmation email with information about your order. If you’re overseas this email may include details such as an order tracking number.
If you’re worried that your order may get lost in transit, please select tracked shipping. We don’t accept liability for orders that are not tracked.
We do not accept liability for any orders lost overseas.
All duties incurred by purchase levied at customers residing address are payable by the customer. Pep and Strap is not liable for any duties arising from customers domestic residence.
If you haven’t received your order after 15 days we usually deem it to be lost.
If you still haven’t received it 28 days after your original order date please get in touch using hi@pepandstrap.com
Fixedbeers is only able to dispatch orders Monday to Friday. International orders are shipped with the DHL.
Please provide us with your cell/mobile number – this helps us to get in contact if there is difficulty delivering your order.
If an order is sent back to us because of an incorrect address, either for Germany or Rest of the World, we reserve the right to charge postage for the redelivery.
