RETURNS

Although we do our best to inspect every product before we stick it in the post to you there will always be very rare occurrences where manufacturing faults have happened. If that’s the case there are options available.

EXCHANGE OR REFUND

If you would like an exchange or refund, please contact us pepandstrap@gmail.com including a picture and letting us know the issue with your order. You can then send back to us the item(s) you wish to return, which should be unused and in their original condition. If we deem the item to have been worn we reserve the right not to refund or exchange your order.

Any fault with a product must not be the result of using the product for purposes for which it was not intended.

You have a 30 day period in which to make this exchange or return if the product is faulty.

You have 14 days within which to inform us of your return, and then another 14 days to return it to us. Returns received before 30 days will be refunded as normal. The right to return or exchange items within 30 days does not affect the statutory right to cancel.

WHEN RETURNING PRODUCT

We strongly advise returning your order using a trackable method.

All labels should be attached to the product.

The item should be unworn and as new. We will not refund or exchange products that have clearly been worn. 

We try to avoid using plastic so most of our items are shipped in paper envelopes. Please retain the original envelope if possible and return items in it.

When you request an exchange or refund for faulty products, we will refund the cost of the products but not the shipping cost. When you request a replacement for faulty products, we will always pay the shipping costs of sending the replacement if the first product was faulty or incorrectly sent by us.

We aim to process exchange or refund requests within 2 working days of their arrival with us, to pay refunds within 7 days and to send out replacements within 7 days. We are governed by our card merchants and Paypal though, so be aware it might take much longer for payments to appear back in your bank/ on your card.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

In the case of a warranty claim we will send new goods abroad at the expense of the buyer (shipping costs only).
